Acceptance Procedure

Once the application for admission is successful, the applicant will receive the Letter of Offer containing information such as course for, which they have been accepted, tuition and other fees to be paid, commencement dates and overseas student health cover information, along with their SPI Student Acceptance Agreement (for International Students).

An electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE) will be sent to the student once the student has paid the applicable fee and submitted all relevant documentation along with the signed SPI Student Acceptance Agreement, The eCOE is used to obtain a student visa from the Australian Diplomatic Mission in the student’s country of residence, or from the Department of Immigration & Border Protection (DIBP).

Applicants should be aware that the information provided by a student can, in some circumstances, be accessed by Australian Government Departments. Any applicant that is concerned about this should:

  • Review the privacy statement at the end of this document and, if still concerned or
  • Contact the Institute to discuss the nature of their concern
